Paul Monks is a 48-year old, English-born New Zealander, living in the Netherlands. Paul completed his bachelor's degree and post-graduate diploma at Massey University in New Zealand. Paul's 25 years of national and international business experience include general management, strategic and tactical marketing, sales management, product development, intellectual property management, outsourcing and other relevant disciplines.

Co-founder & CFO
Leon Quaedackers is 52 and holds a masters degree in Dutch Law. Leon is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years experience in the financial industry. Leon worked in wholesale as well as in private banking where he held several management positions before starting his own company in 2004 as an independent financial advisor.
